How long does it take to receive our final product?

Depending on what services Red Moments provides for you, the overall turnaround time may vary. For video editing and videography services, we strive to have your product returned within six to eight weeks. Video transfers usually are returned within two weeks depending on volume and whether restoration services are required.
What type of equipment do you use?

Red Moments uses only 3CCD camcorders to capture your video moments. We also use professional quality wired and wireless microphones to capture audio eliminating echoes or background noise. 3CCD camcorders are similar to cameras that broadcasters use. The major difference between our cameras is that they are compact to allow us to shoot your video unobtrusively. They also provide us with the advantage of being able to capture video from various angles to create a spectacular product. Our video is captured digitally allowing us to transfer footage to a computer or Non-Linear Video Editor (NLE) system. Because the transfer is digital, there is no loss in quality from the time it is taped till the moment you watch it on your television.
Why don’t you offer single camera packages or wedding ceremony-only packages?
Our philosophy is that if anything is worth doing, it should be done right. Would an artist compromise their masterpiece to make it more affordable? Like an artist who creates a piece of art, we feel that every video produced is an expression of our talent. If you prefer not to have your special moments captured in full or simply prefer raw video footage, Red Moments is not the right company for you.
Can we buy additional copies of our video in the future?
Red Moments will retain a back-up copy of your video for several years if you misplace or simply would like additional copies. While the content will exactly match your original copy, we cannot guarantee that the DVD packaging or labeling will be the same. The cost of additional copies will be the same as those being offered at that future time.
Our DVD player will not play the video that you provided?
Red Moments records all video to DVD+R format unless asked otherwise. While DVD+R is compatible with most standalone DVD players, occasionally an incompatibility will occur. To solve this problem, you may choose to have a portion of your package delivered as DVD-R or you may purchase additional copies in that format. |
